• A token amount of ₹500 is required to confirm any booking.
• Bookings will not be considered confirmed without the token payment.
• If the total payable amount is less than ₹500, the full amount must be paid in advance.
• Customers are allowed to reschedule their appointment only once after booking.
• Rescheduling is subject to slot availability — we will try our best to provide your preferred slot, but it cannot be guaranteed.
